When the surface is ablaze, go deep. When you can’t go without, go within. When land lungs don’t work, breath through your skin, from the forgotten gills fo your ancestors. Be the unshakable center, the eye of the storm. While chaos rages bright, swim toward the dark. Not to escape the searing flames. But to meet them in the underworld, where you and they blur, undifferentiated, summoned by the Dark Goddess’ unknowable hand.
